I wouldn't recommend it. We also send several useful emails like warnings that your team is in danger of going bankrupt, etc. We don't send a huge amount of promotional emails that it would become annoying.
Oh I agree. I get tons of emails a day so 1 or 2 more per day wouldn't bother me.
we don't send more than 5 or 6 promo emails a year.
So, since we can unsubscribe without losing our accounts currently, if this clause ever gets enforced, will we get a warning that our unsubscribe status will lead us to lose our account if we do not subscribe again?
Got to pay for that hair dye somehow eh Vlads? 
In case we change our policy (which I really doubt), I can guarantee you that we will not retroactively delete any accounts because of this. We would only be hurting ourselves.

The operator reserves the right to change these ToS without prior notification. The amended ToS come into effect on the day of their publishing on the corresponding page of the PowerPlay Manager website. The user is entitled to withdraw from the new ToS within 3 days since their publishing.
notice that we increased the 3 day period to 7 day period in the new ToS.

Both statements make me sad because they are true.
I have a sector upgrade that is scheduled to finish on day 110 of the season. If I remember correctly, this is in the middle of sponsor offers. Since these offers take arena capacity into consideration, is it worthwhile to turn down the offers made before the upgrade finishes?
