I know that after first 3 are missed by both teams, it starts over (starting from 3rd till 1st, until one scores)

look at it:

Pieter Thomaes begins his penalty shot attempt. He is coming in slowly, straight forward, controlling the puck, he is in the slot, takes a wrist shot and hits the left post. A lucky break for Andrés Alzasúa. 0:0


Adrián González begins his penalty shot attempt. He skates to the left side of the rink, has the puck on a string. Nothing too complicated from Adrián González, takes a wrist shot and hits the crossbar. Werner Stoobants got a little lucky there. 0:0

Chris Jadin begins his penalty shot attempt. He skates to the right side of the rink, has the puck on a string. Nothing too complicated from Chris Jadin, but he fans on the puck and doesn't get the shot away. 0:0


Roger Bergaño begins his penalty shot attempt. He tries to get Werner Stoobants moving. Fakes a forehand deke, quickly switches to backhand and scores into the open net! 1:0

You're wrong...
It doesn't start over after the first 3 are missed (or both scored)...
After the first 3 are missed only the third player takes penalty's until one scores...

so in fact your 3rd player should be one of your best then (if you make it that far)

nope, you're both wrong. after the first 3 shooters, the same three players alternate randomly.

as for the live, it is really just a coincidence helped by the fact that there arent too many penalty shot plays created. I will ask the live developers to create some new ones in the near future.

ah, perhaps the shootout "thingie" could be added in the guide ?

right, but it's randomly selected by the coach then, could be just me, but this sentence didn't tell me it would be randomly...

random function simulates the coach's decision in this case.

How does a game between two teams in the top 15 for OTR in the world, who came first and second in i1 last season, one won the NC this season, the other came in 5th, only get 1800 odd people to a friendly?

I get more than that playing some people from division 2 with only ~280odd OTR. The only difference being that they are coming first in div2 rather than 5th in div1.

well...if you want to know the truth...on the road to the arena, there was a blue lion, sitting next to a green elephant. the fans were so surprised, they never made it to the rink. the blind guy was watching and told me all about it.
