Probably cause biathlon is more attractive in Central Europe than golf....
Really? I only ever thought biathlon was played at the olympics...
I don´t know exactly, it was only my opinion 
I was just thinking of all the big leagues. PGA and NFL are the main ones that aren't represented and I know American Football and/or Rugby won't be made. But golf is played everywhere - especially Europe. Just a thought. Considering some people likely have never even heart of ski shooting.
Well in Slovenia we have all the world cup events broadcast-ed (on NT TV - well but our NT sucks anyway). For golf we have to change to sport channels that we can see the most important games of the world.
Ohh and american footbal is growing in Europe also.

Ya I don't watch golf either. Just find Biathlon a weird sport to begin with. Handball I can see albeit a very uncommon sport in NA. At least there is no cricket!!!

Ivan likes Biathlon so he picked it. I personally like it as well. It is also a sport that probably doesnt have its on manager game. It is very popular in countries like Norway or Germany. In Slovakia it is moderately popular. On the other hand, golf is a growing sport over here in terms of active players, but not many people ever watch it on TV.
It would be an easy game to make a manager for. You have your player, improve certain skills and mental abilities and compete in various tournaments over a season 
I think the next sport should be bowling because then I would have to manage my team by choosing the ugliest shirts and shoes and balance team alcohol consumption to ensure optimal performance.
There's at least one -new- biathlon manager. I had not joined, so I cannot tell you much more.
I respect any minority sport, but I think even something like rugby would have loads of more potential users all over the world -me included-...
