don't play a guy unless he's less than 3 days away. Nobody has said how much it influences his play, however, the consensus is 1 day: 90% performance, 2 days around 80%, 3 days could be around 70% etc. Moreover, you risk a guy injuring himself again if he's not 100% ready to play. I never use that option.

These stats were obtained during my last two matches, for the 3rd place playoff game. First one win 4-5ot second lost 5-3....

1. Your sample size is two games. You can not make a judgment, hypothesis, explanation or guess based on two games.

2. both players stink as goalies. based on the 2-1-1 principle a player is only as good as twice his worst secondary. therefore his real value is 22 not 41. The 1 puck for both players shows that

As 'nsblues' said, none of those players is a goalie. The first one looks like a Zamboni driver, the second one could make a living as a skate sharpener.

Uhhh, the first one is a goalie, albeit a poor one, since the secondaries are so skewed.

This only goes to reenforce that you really have to maintain a 2:1:1 ratio AT LEAST with your players.

True dat. Go 41-25-25 with that goalie and watch the ratings fly! Or buy a more decent 60-30-30 goalie with qualities >70 and invest into training facilities and you'll see the difference.
