Doesn't marketing help out with ticket sales and stuff too?
Ok, to answer my own quest, it apparently does not... which means that I've had my people on marketing for no reason.
Actually it does for souvenir sale if you count that as part of the "and stuff" part of your question.

Ok, good, now I don't feel like a total retard for keeping my Marketing guys in for the past 3 seasons.
I think it would be hard to tell when people are stacking each others teams, like making fake accounts for training purposes, and to transfer money. It would be hard to keep track of all of the trades, and the ones that are made for only those purposes.

So having managers with higher marketing attributes throughout the whole season doesn't give a bigger benefit with new contracts at the end of the season compared to using managers with scouting earlier in the season and marketing at the end of the season?
Just wondering, do all the lines get equal TOI? Or does Line 1 stan on more than Line 2, more than Line 3 etc?
thats a good question, I wish to know that as well.
I feel like its equal TOI because their energy is relatively the same after a game occurs, but that might just be how energy is done despite which line they are on.

Is defense, offense and aggressiveness used by goalies?
I'm guessing offense and aggressiveness aren't but defense says it is used by all players, so does that include goalies?

I don't think there's a cut and dried answer, but I would guess that yes it does factor in, albeit in a very small way in comparison to goaltending, passing and technique.
I've asked Vlady, he said no. But some have found an improvement in play when Def was trained to be around that of the passing attribute.
does the arena usually sellout in playoffs? im contemplaing upgrading some stands or more facilities
It depends on a number of factors.

If you find you are selling out or getting close to selling out, then it might be a good idea to contemplate upgrading to larger capacity.
Personally, I have wanted to increase capacity for some time now, but I have had other plans to fulfill. It will be the next thing I do.

In my experience, yes, however that could have been due to my high playoff rank, so i think as Ketch said, it can depend on a number of different things.
