I'm sending Guy Richard to the Hall of Fame... played in every competitive match in franchise history and is the current active all-time leading scorer despite being a defenceman.
I tend to scout players who I notice selling for a lot on market, players who perform well on other teams, etc.
It's not like I can remember who I've scouted (since I don't have proPack right now).

Haha... the things I take for granted 
In footy I have scouted all my players, and working on my staff and have also scouted two players from other teams. just to see their bundles. It is a very helpful feature!
Ya I had all mine too... but staff pulls and player pulls and purchases have slowed me down. I've held off selling staff until they're scouted or at least until they revert back to the normal scouting efficiency.

Nope. Costs 5 credits> You can remove em and re add them later to update their stats also if you would like. And add notes for people to see when they look at your hall of fame!

yeah, and a lot of people were upset with it, so now they only get sold if they are on the national team
Why were people upset? It gave lower level teams a shot at getting higher tier players.
It probably flooded the market thus rendering their own players worthless.
Yep. That was the basic reason, I was for keeping them coming on the market, but other managers were not and they ended the sales.
Too bad. That really helped me out as a newer manager. I guess I shouldn't complain - I'll have the best of both worlds. Cheap talent + high prices for my sales.
