Hey now. Wifey tied me up last night. My night off turned into 5 hours of coding for her MSc math project. Yay.
Brownie points galore but I'm gone all weekend so I can't cash in... by the time I'm back the "oh thank you thank you" factor is back down to normal. Booourns.
Quick question.
Which is more worth it.
Single-floor multifunctional - 800 Seats @ 27,800,000
or.
Triple-floor multifunctional - 1000 seats @ 38,000,000

I say triple-floor. That way you're already at the top of the pile as far as stands go, you don't need to destroy and rebuild, you can just add on.
I'd stay away from them all together. Money is much better spent on facilities for your team. If you want to build stands build something more economical. You need to focus on improving your team right now.
ya i know. I'm just asking about the stands themselves.
I do a quick cost:benefit ratio. I've found the most efficient path to be:
Small Standup 50
Large Standup 250
Large Seats 600
Triple Floor 2000+
Small Standup 50
Large Standup 250
Large Seats 600
Triple Floor 2000+
I would too, because that is my plan without the math
Would love to see it validated

It's more a visual inspection. Capacity + perks vs. cost. Didn't do hard math... have to give values then to accessories and stands etc.
I prefer the medium stand up --> Med with seats. But on honesty you should look more towards building max capacity. No sense pussy footing with it then having to add more time into building up the capacity bigger. Just save and build it max capacity and be done with it. So you don't have to put money into it again then again before upgrading it down the road.
Definitely single floor.
Each seat is worth 400 bucks a game. So for 10.2 million you have 200 extra seats. So if you look at revenue from attendance alone, if you fill up those 200 seats every night you make an extra 80,000. To make up that 10.2 million... 10.2million/80,000 = 125 games. Say half those games are friendlies, so only get 40,000 for those extra seats, and it will take you 187 home games to make up that extra 10.2 million dollars.

I thought like you at first. But then ultimately down the road, one would HOPE to have a Three-Floor for each section.
Given that, wouldn't it be worth it to spend the extra 10m now vs. the teardown and rebuild cost?
