I think PIMS are a function of overall team tech:agr ratio. Thus 100:125 isn't a terrible ratio, and could easily be made up with a C's who has low agr. But other teams will have the same low agr centers too. Keep tossing numbers at me. I'm marking labs on campus on a Friday night and can use a distraction

Worst: 93/74, 86/68, 99/70 (16, 14, 14 PIMS for a D, D, W)
Best: 62/50, 99/14, 73/73 (2, 2, 2 PIMS for D, C, W)
That is weird. My high tech players seem to be taking most of penalties. That seems counter-intuitive...

Let's not start with the players that shoot the most are the players with LOW Sh. 2 of 3 guys with most shots are my top-2 centers??? I always have that problem.
Shooting frequency is related to how high their OFF is compared to other guys on their line. Thus want a guy to shoot more, train off more. For this reason I try to keep good shooting on my Cs and if D have good shot trained I try (if possible) to keep their OFF reasonable so they will shoot, but not overly. I am training two D (have 99shot Q) with 1:1 D:Shot ratio to man my PP. They've been doing well. Especially with moderate (<50%) Off training.
100OFF too? These guys have 58 or something for OFFQ. Alas I'm only training it at 30% of primary.
Thanks for your input mikpj. I'll be announcing the first 16 players for the WC in about 10 days after saltyanchovy and canucks357 take a look at our guys. Also, Belliveau, Girard, and Mendonca will be healthy scratches for the next few games. They have neared 100 Chemistry.
He will have 200DF and 100 in ALL other skills except GL.
Maybe it's because ... wait for it ... Strippers... Love... Di___ ahhhhhhhhhhh
