Asunto: Sports Academy

My sporst academy is a level 10. My Youth Training efficiency is at 69%.... Why did i just get 4 guys in the SA and the best is 184OVR with quality stars no higher than 2.5 stars???

It depends on your human resources and economics department too

hmm i was unaware of that, but my Human resources is a level 9 anyway. I would expect a 184 if i had like level 2 SA

I'm in the same case and my facilities are better than yours.
The other reason is maybe because there are not enough Canadian managers to have good players

freaking lotery at 21 millions for nothing i prefer spend 21 million on a well experimented balanced player

What about your sporting directors? If youth training is low, it is also a reason. (read you have the facilities, but your youth coach suck balls).

To be honest, the SA is so unpredictable. While upgrading increases your odds of a good OR player, it does not increase the odds for a better AQ and does not guarantee a better OR player. I have a lvl 12 SA and I've had pulls with 6 guys from 90-175 OR and 1 star max. Yup. That bad.

lol well at least im not alone! and ya alaskoop thats a good point, rather spend a fortune on a known good player on the market rather than on the SA

I disagree. SA will give you training bonus twice in season during camps.

+ better SA will provide better chances to pull out good players every 2 weeks. From time to time, you get decent players that you can sell, so that SA will pay by itself.
