Ya that's nuts right off the bat. Seems intuitive that lesser attendance due to lack of intensity would be a compounding problem rather than a resolving problem. Seems backward to me.
In Canada we don't have the issues that some other countries have. Where the elite-4 always play VL against each other which allows them to do better in Int'l play and remain untouchable.
Really, all that has changed, is that the new status for games will be L/N rather than VL/L. This will just mean playoffs are hit with ~80 energy rather than ~85 or so. The damage will be equal across the board. If not, the damage will be financial rather than by energy.

If they're going after the big guys then they should have kept the penalties strict. I'm sure top teams are less likely to play a B team on H to avoid the penalty than weaker teams.
I was using it as an example. The key is, match importance fixing was a big problem... just not so much in Canada/USA.
I'll let a developer officially comment on this. Though my understanding is a "soft yes". While not encouraged it isn't banishable. Keep in mind though, that it'll hurt your odds at getting players as much as it will help you find more.
But will help the country if you give tips of the best players available in later rounds in case they have the picks but haven't scouted them. That also depends if you are all on the live draft though.
Indeed. In the last round or two I suspect it'll be slim pick'ns. Toss a tip up in the chat if you have nothing to lose. Maybe one day people will return the favour.
Lots of Cs and Ds in I.1. I suspect Bs are 3-3.5 while As are 4+, Cs are 2-2.5 and Ds are <2 star.
in II.4 have also scouted nothing but B... with one changeing to a C while i was reveiwing.. hmm ?
