Your physicians have pretty low OR, so that could be part of it. Also, injuries are just very random. I've had 6 days for a broken finger or something like that before, and then 2 weeks for a sprained ankle. (and 4 days for hyperthermia? Like, really? That long?)
Like, I just got a 7 day injury for an "abdominal stretch". During training camp! Wut? I'm getting this guy a better yoga instructor, wtf!
I guess but the last 5 or 6 injuries to my guys have all been 10+ days. Would have thought 12/15 facility with 140/100 OR docs would at least give me some moderate lengths. Almost like the old NYPD joke - Q. How many NY cops does it take to make the Mudcat defenceman fall down the stairs? A. None, he tripped...
Another dub. PP came up big today. OTL for prax means I'm 4 pts back of 4th with 3 games left. GD advantage prax.
Both teams below me also lost. That creates some space. I'll take it.
Bah. Saw I had a tough matchup so went increased importance. Forgot I can't be caught from below and likely can't catch above. Bah. Wasted energy. Plus losing 2-0 a few minutes in without a shot on goal.

Thanks! I know, I was so close! It’s entirely cause I messed up that one game against the inactive team. Cost me a lot of positive GD.

Could have had home ice if I didn't squander my penultimate game but ah well. Good news is, barring any other upsets besides me v. praxin, you wouldn't have to face me until the finals. I'll be happy with a round 1 win and round 2 exit.
In other f-up news, I realized after the fact my "League, N+ Importance" tactic had me playing three lines at 45/40/15. So I unintentionally exhausted my top two lines. I really should be fired.
Oh man, that's going to hurt in the playoffs.
