Asunto: Upgrading facilities
How much (in %) is the mantainance cost reduced if I upgrade from 1 to 2?
I am going to upgrade this Wednesday Academy from 2 to 3 and I was thinking to upgrade either mantainance (1 to 2), regeneration (2 to 3) or human resources (2 to 3). Training is already on 3.
Which one do you think is better?

wow, good for you for getting to 3 already... I would do either regen or HR to 3, rather than maintenance. At this stage in the game, you want your training/sports academy to be upgraded. Those are priorities for me.
Secondaries are Regen/HR. Everything else is going to upgraded when I have spare money and the other facilities are going to be building for a while.

I didn't notice a decrease in daily maintenance fees at all when I upgraded my maintenance facility. I haven't upgraded it since.
Then here is a question..... I have read that if the higher Human resources
and the better the manager (with a higher atty #2) both contribute to a higher negotiating at the start of a new season. How true is this? I have been working hard at getting my HR higher so I can land higher contracts next season? Any comments from anyone?

Yup, that's valid. The main draw for upgrading your HR is faster scouting. That way you know if you have a gem of a player or not a lot quicker, and can make smarter market decisions.
The reduction is 2% per level. At least for the first 5 levels which is what I have in hockey.
The additional daily costs are 300 for level 2 maintenance. In order for that to be worth it your daily maintenance for Arena and Facilities should be 15000.
As for HR, to add to saint2e, another benefit is more staff during pulls. Though not necesarily better as the level of the corresponding facility seems to be the biggest factor there.

How's everyone doing with their facilities? I'm building the following right now: Training lev 7, Regen lev 6, HR lev 7, SA lev 5
Training level 12, Regen- lev 9, HR lev 8, SA level 12, Ed centre, level 10.

I am building Training to 6, HR to 4, 5 next week, SA at 6, Regen 3, 4 next week. Stadium is 9600.

Hey Gang, maybe I am blind but is there a way to tell how much time is left on an upgrade?
I guess I could write down when I started the upgrade, but it would be convenient to have "x days until completion" mentioned somewhere..

With the cursor just go over construction sign it will tell you how many days left.
