Training facility? Bad idea. In my opinion you should destroy sports academy.

I destroyed education center and regeneration facility and the problem is solved.

An interesting bug found me. In football my calendar says that a friendly match for 2 October will be scheduled, but this is here since a week and nothing happens.

If you must destroy to avoid bankrupt you have probably ignored your stadium, are paying to much for your employees or have bought too expensive players with a loan. Every team in Sweden must adapt to the situation and after all, you're mostly competing only against other Swedes.
I started football 7 seasons ago in Finland. I still have fun even though we only have 3 divisions and I have no chance against the top 50 in the game.
