Or maybe we can limit number of trades... when transfer fees reaches 50%(51%) (I think that makes 10+23players sold). You cannot trade for lets say 3 seasons.

I disagree with all those limitations.
One part of managing any sport team is the development of your finances and like we see in real world a lot of teams do it, buying players for 1M to sell them for 20M.

which team buys 60 players for 1 milion and than sell them for 10, 20, 30 nevermind

misko007, what is it, to wait 112 days and then sell them then- nothing. Restrictions need to be harsh(I'd make it at least three seasons). I'll go further - in that period you cannot fire staff/players - simply live with what you have "cooked" and go bankrupt.

jorgenius, I see what you mean. But that would interfere to much with managing a team. Some clubs want to train and sell players (and its easy if you're a newbie to catch up with others, if you're lucky pulling decent kids out of SA) - because its the only way to reach bigger clubs.
I wouldn't rob them of that.

As you know, in RL there are transfer windows, so it's not possible to buy and sell players every month, but it's quite usual a team buy 15/20 players per summer..

I'm just telling that it's part of the game, that's why it's a management game, and not a "coaching" game

The fees should be rising more and more for every level you are above the OK line, lets say 30players gives some %, over 40 should give way way more, over 50-60 should be VERY expensive.

Same for staff, just make this kind of behavoir impossible to do and earn money on

I think this idea is good if we'd pull 1 player every 14 days! Since majority is pulling 2 or 3 per week, that is IMO not good.

I think my suggestion (reply to mishko/jorgenius) is a win win situation, or so to say EPIC win. I want devs to do that, and I demand a statue for myself!

Yeah I think the "punishment" for trading to many players should be very hard since it just destroys the game, and the proof of that is that the best team in hockey right now is the one using this tradingsystem, everyone can do it but its not fair play and the oppertunity to keep do so should be removed

There really needs to be a harsh penalty with this sort of daytrading.

The vast majority of players on this game go about their business like a real manager would.

But for those who want to get ahead they can simply take advantage of this daytrading scheme to become the most powerful team around.

There is no skill whatsoever required if you want to spend all day, every day buying and selling players.

Indeed, it just demands time...

But you see, one must be very careful when thinking about limits to the free will of the managers, out-of-market solutions and changing rules.

Thus, I would simply suggest to extend the transfer fee increasing from current 50% to 80%, staff included. This and the extra wage for staff members over 20.

That sounds like a good solution. I think the extend of the transfer fee should go up with each extra transfers.
However i hope they do something about this cause such has nothing to do with a manager game

It's not a scheme, if it is alowed. But if you pull 1-2-3 players a week from acadamy it's difficult not to trade. I bought maybe 5 players from the market and i've got 42 of them. I want to say that almost all are from my "youth school" and real clubs have a lot of youth which is sold in time. I think that my own players shouldn't be limited to sell.
