I don't find it wise to play "Hurry up" against equal or better teams. Looking at your Team strength I see quite a gap from Teamwork and Individual skill (36 to 27), so I guess you should focus on it also.
I do play hurry up even though yesterday I had my best player suspended... can't seem to win as much as the last 2 seasons (was amongst top-3 in my country)
things won't improve either cause we've got our rightback injured for 16 days and our right midfielder is suspended as well

as the guide doesn't state anything about which skills are important for Individual skill, I have no clue what to train. I train my players on their secondary skills as much as I can, but without much effect regarding the Individual skill.
So, what skills do you believe are essential for the Individual skill?

I believe that secondary attributes with major influence.
And shooting, of course. My top forwards have shooting equal to offense, for example.
so for central defs everything, for wingbacks speed, for goalies speed and technique, for IM's passing and technique, for wingers speed, for central forwards speed, for wing forwards speed.
And shooting for all?
And shooting for all?
As guide says: yes.
But:
The shooting attribute is important for all the players who find themselves in the situation to shoot. The higher the shooting attribute, the higher the possibility that the player will capitalize on his scoring chance. The most frequently shooting players are centre forwards. However, the shooting attribute is also important for free kicks and penalty kicks. To a certain extent this attribute also influences the quality of the cross passes as well as crosses from free kicks and corner kicks.
So, shooting is more useful for CF, then SF, then CM and so on.
In guide says that 'The Individual skill indicator represents the ability of players to successfully execute offensive plays and set pieces. It is an average of skills of all players from the starting line-up'.

I like the fact there are so many variations of skill bundles for soccer players - keeps it interesting.
By the way, has anyone compiled a chart of whats good or bad in the skills department anywhere?

From the guide:
The amount of money you get from the media sponsor is influenced mainly by: the final rank in the recently ended season, the overall team rating, the level of the human resources and economic department and the capacity of the stadium
Is this mean that I will get the same amount of money with large stand-up like I would get with medium with seats?

it depends on the capacity, not the quality of stands
