I mentioned that before but here it is:
Atty 1 = 8
Atty 2 = 11
(No 2nd SD)

Sorry didn't see the 8 in your previous one.
I'm going to test a theory that an imbalance in a SD causes poorer pulls. I figure I can't get any worse.

My imbalance for hockey is huge. But I have SDs specific for training and those who I pop in as head and assistant when I just want to make a pull.
yeah mine are too. I have 2 SD's for pulls (high attys for Youth Training) and 2 SD's for training camps. I also have 2 guys that I'm training equally. Gonna put them in for the next pull and see what happens.
my 2 SD :
51/17 and 14/44, the pulls are not that good, but this week i got 2 recruits on 4 youth, and the 2 were around 3 stars...

It's an interesting thought: maybe, similar to how primary/secondaries work, your attributes can't be separated by more than a 2:1 or some other ratio?
Best way to test it, and I'm not saying I'm going to or anyone else should, would be to train up a coach/physio/lecturer and see if the efficiency maxes out at some point.
I meant more in hockey. In Soccer you can't really test much for a while seeing as how most teams won't have SD's or much staff.
What are the SD?
And what do you mean witn unbalance?
(sorry I don't play hockey, then I don't know much about the game yet)
