A mere win (3pts) separates position 3 from position 7. Sadly, these five teams don't play one another for a possible playoff preview.

The Yetis shocked themselves and clinched 1st, but nothin else is determined yet!

One more game in the season!

Right now, there are only 2 sure things
1. Yetis
2. Jaguars

3 is Fastos with a win, otherwise it may depend on other teams

It gets a little crazy there, as the Wolves, Thugs, Sparhawks, and Attack are all right together, and along with Fastos could finish anywhere from 3rd to 7th

8 spot as it stands is Pittsburgh to win, and since he is playing the Cigars it's a good chance for him to win.

Currently as it stands, the 3 AI teams are relegated, as is Skavenblight

1 V 8, Yetis hosting the Pirates

Yetis won both matchups, and have held securely to the #1 spot for the better part of the 2nd half of the season. Look for the Yetis to win this pretty easily.

2 v 7 Jaguars hosting the Attack

Jaguars are fresh off a top 4 finish in the National Tournament, but the teams split the season series 1-1. The Manheim win did come early in the season, so look for the momentum from the Jaguars to carry them forward on this matchup

3 vs 6 Fastsos hosting the Razorback Thugs

The Razorbacks have been struggling with inconsistency this season, dominating at the gates, but falling of late. The thugs did win both matchups this season, but are also dealing with a sick goaltender. Fastsos have the edge in rankings, but i'm going to go on a limb here and predict the thugs in this matchup, but we will see 3 games here.

Finally the 4 v 5, Wolves hosting Sparhawks

Wolves lead the season series 2-0. This will be an interesting matchup, as the Wolves were the #1 team in goals scored. The Sparhawks were the team with the least goals allowed. Who comes out on top? I'm going to guess the Wolves, since their d and goaltending is almost as good as mine has been this season, but their offense has been far more consistent. Summers might steal one game in this series, but I don't think I can take the round.

There's no underestimating Manheim either. They're #2 in offense, and have played their tactics well enough to beat the Sparhawks, the Thugs and the Notso Fastos this month.

And I'm going to be without my top winger for this series. Wonderful.

The Notso Fastos have been the team that snuck up on everyone; silent but deadly. Won't be an easy series for the Thugs.

Pretty dissapointed at not making the playoffs this year. ive been pretty busy and havnt had time to try and figure out tactics, and i think that really hurt me.

i think in terms of the strength of my players i had the potential to be much higher.

Wow, tough loss for the Thugs -- beat the Fastos by tactic, but still got creamed. I know Thugs only played Low but it looks like the whole team fell asleep.

And... a shootout in the playoffs? Boo!

Yeah, I agree shootout in the playoffs seems odd, but it was a tight game all the way across in the matchup with the Wolves
