I personally don't get what does the team strength measure. There are certain teams, that consistently keep winning against teams with much higher strength. Check Oregon Eagles from I.1 games from the beginning of the season when he still had energy. He basically had lower team strength in every game, and won most of them. I first thought, maybe he has some unconventional training of the players. After scouting some of them, didn't notice anything special.
It measures how good your players are that day. But there are many factors that go into wins and losses. Not the least of which is down right luck. The term 'any given sunday' comes to mind. I'm not quite sure how Oregon did it.
So Oregon's players were not good every time and still managed to win? I don't buy it. The team strength seems to be related to the players in-game ratings. Those seem to depend on OR, training ratio, height and energy. But the correlation between the strength and winning is less obvious.
Maybe it's a matter of tactics?
Out of curiosity, does anyone know how much experience their players have gained over the course of this season at this point? My starters have gained 10-11 as of now playing on very hard all season (I knew I wasn't going to win much at this point anyway).

Okay, I don't think we're arguing here. I'm not speculating on how team strength correlates to wins. I merely stated that energy is taken into account when formulating it.
ARGH!!! I set my tactics...but forgot to reset my lineup to the starters. My 2nd and 3rd string were playing while I waited for the semis to finish. They got pounded in Game 1.
I think seasonal energy doesn't go below 40. I'm pretty sure I've had a player at 40 for a few games.
See my team... [basketball_team=13161] The oldest player on my team is 17. ... and yes my rebounding is VERY weak as of right now. I'm hoping within 2 seasons, they will begin to become more competitive. We'll see!
