I have a suggestion but I honestly forgot if I told you about it before or not.
my suggestion is that having federations for every country no matter if it has its own league or playing in Asia/Africa/Europe/North America/Oceania ...
Every federation can have the authority to make rules over the local teams which they can't broke even if they wanted too.
for example the federation can make a rule of having at least 2 National players as starters in the local teams and if the local team will have no longer the ability of having less than 2 local players as starters even if they wanted to break the rule ( it's just an example )

I do not know if this has been suggested already, but I think it's necessary if you really want to support the national teams that are in development are good in a few seasons.
My suggestion is that you have a restriction of foreign players in different leagues, as happens in real football, it is impressive to see how the teams (mainly Latin American) foreign players have all or at least 80% of them.
This hurts future national teams, which is what actually happens today in countries like Colombia or Argentina.
In European football leagues today most reputable allow between 3-4 foreigners, this gives players chances to nationals if or when sweat shirt.
How to implement it in the game?

we are not willing to do something like this because it would greatly reduce the market for managers in small countries. On the other hand, we motivate managers to us home grown players by increasing the salaries of foreign players.
I think it would be nice improvement, if you could give bonuses to more than only three players per season. I'm thinking something like additional three slot for players, so total could be 6 per season.
Of course it should cost teams something. For instance:
- 1st slot (4th player) amount equal to 1 week main sponsor money.
- 2nd slot (5th player) amount equal to 1,5 weeks main sponsor money.
- 3rd slot (6th player) amount equal to 2 weeks main sponsor money.
This way teams could hold on more easily their important players, but not for free in the long run.

I like a lot the way the system works nowadays (3 players per season), it´s a great way to prevent inflation and a challenge to the managers to improve their choice-making capabilities.
I think it just makes people to sell players at 21-22 5/6 and their new owners 24-25 and eventually other teams buy these free agents from other teams. And maybe keep a few good original players in the process.
So there is not really a lot choice to make with the current system.

Oh IMHO there is, thinking a little bit out of the box and you will see.
You are an example that economy in this game is not working. You have 59 top quality players and have no problem with their salaries and penalties for over 30 players, also bonuses are no problem for you, couse you can buy out their contracts with no problem.
I would not be completely sure on that... maybe that´s just it; but maybe I was extremely lucky on my pulls or maybe... well maybe there were some deep strategy behind that success, with savings efforts in the early seasons and smart price to effectiveness in the field acquisitions. That combined to some football knowledge or passion that I definetely do not have in the other two sports (where I got kind of stucked on the average platoon).
And if that happens to be the case, my friend, I am an example that economy in this game is working pretty fine.

Not to mention that I visited my team almost every single day since football was launched. At least to say "hi guys, do me a favour, play hard today!"
Sorry, doing the math I just realized I actually did visited my team every single day since football was created. Bike-i-Pad, praise the Lord!
If visiting a team was that important I would have been CL champion ![:) :)](https://appspowerplaymanager.vshcdn.net/images/ppm/smiles/new/smile.png)
My point is what do you do with 1.6 bilion in sponsors per season, when you have nothing to build anymore. There are 100s teams like yours in PPM now.
You train 100 players, you stock money, you buy shares?
My suggestion is that somtn needs to be done now with the economy, player salaries, player bonuses, contracts, or whatever, couse its getting ridicolous.

But then my friend, that´s the very point of the free agents, they take money away of the economy. Take hockey as an example, the prices stroke to a peak around season 12 and started to decline ever since because money is being carried off the system by the free agents operation. That´s the best way to rebalance the M money supply in order to control inflation without changing relative prices. IMHO, naturally.
