The PowerPlay Manager tutorial stalls after question 2 for me... so I can't go any further that that. Now it says question 3, but question 2 still shows. When I want to answer this question it says that it's the wrong date... so now can't go on with the tutorial and get the extra money
I don't know how to set goalkeepers XD This is defence form but there isn't place for goalkeeper

When I change the line-up on the tactic page it doesn't display on the line-up page, I suppose that is a bug?

no, you can have a lot of tactics and a lot of lineups. these two are independent so its not possible to display the defensive formation that you selected on the tactics page. the positions are only for illustration on the lineup page. The important thing is to put the players in their correct places.

on the trying to watch a past game, play and pause does not work i have to hit fast forward for it to start playing the game.
