Asunto: U17 national team

Morning/night! I got up to see the meteor showers today, but didn't see much. Too much light? *shrugs*

Anyway, I think the quality stays the same (A,B,C,D etc). However, I think the OR depends on the facilities and staff of the team. So top teams and staff will get max 500 OR players. But new teams will get max 200 OR players or so.

It is easy to see the difference in teams, and I notice it when a top team has youth facility staff that retire.


A pick went to Colah. Pretty sure it was Patrick Love .

No, I just double checked, and the "A" player was George Summers . Still Colah though.

Just scouted Billy Hamilton. He's definitely "A" quality!! Good to know for future gems...

Ha! We got thrashed by the Senior "B" side in our all-Aussie friendly, but it was a fun match nonetheless!

Actually it wasn’t a B side, it was going to be too hard to swap out the team, call-upand reset things for next week, so I just played low intensity.

Ahh, then the scoreline makes more sense.

I do think a break for a friendly in the middle of the competition is useful though!

Well, we play away against Romania, but if we snag that, we'll be in a good position!

Denmark seems weaker than last season, while Germany seems stronger. But all the teams are good, so each match counts!

I believe, we can beat them, unless random factor will take a part

Germany played Moldova and also draw 1:1. We need to steal 3pts from Portugal next one, that should helps in rally for advancing into next stage

Phew! We made it!! We are in the U17 World Cup!!!

A solid 4-0 win against Portugal gave us some much needed breathing room! We are at the top of our group, and with two matches to go, no-one can knock us out of qualifying.

It's been a tough two seasons with our small group of Aussie teams and players, but it's great that we managed to make it in the end. I think I've constantly annoyed a few fellow managers about shifting trainings around and keeping a hoard of U17 players! But it seems to have all come together this season.
