I've been offered a staff member with zero stars. Not just half a star, but none. Never seen this before, bug? Education center is level 5
Keep in mind your HR is only 5. That has an effect on the accuracy of the stars.
Stars are independent of facilities. I haven't seen that before either but I think P(0*)=P(5*) and is very close to but not 0%.

I don't watch the results of my football team very closely but I noticed last night that I didn't receive any revenue from my team's friendly match. Is there a difference between the football game and the hockey game in this area? My hockey team always makes money for its friendlies...

Because hockey games are all at the same time, we get $ soon after the game is played. In soccer, the times are staggered. So, to keep it fair, money comes in after everyone has played. It should be there now.
