ah... i was curious and tried slovak a little bit a while ago... it was useable, i would say... but i might be influenced with knowledge of the original text

thats becouse many of us don't write gramaticaly correct 
Or it's because google translator has better word base from other languages ?
no, thats not the case i can translate a lot of texts from other languagies to latvian with very low number of unknown words.

i just tried slovak and it seems readable for me

I'd like to know how or why the Slovaks know more about the game than the rest of us. Are PPM sharing info with them that we don't get?
Just ask Vlady and others.. But i feel that they know much more than us.
They may know because they ask more questions to PPM creators
When I was captain of Ukraine I talk a lot with vlady and tuttle . And I share this info with Ukrainian managers. Now I'm not captain and current captain isn't share any info. Maybe he didn't ask questions?

I used to be the captain and stepped down. LOL Can't say i got much info on secrets of the game.
But, if PPM are sharing with the Slovaks, i'd like to think they'd share with the rest of us also.

Yeah that was the point. Why just tell share every "secrets" to everypody?. Someone say that Slovakian had PPM meeting.. Vlady come Finland!
we don't share any secret info with anyone. Some things might be said on the Slovak forums or at the meetings which are not in the guide but it is not vital info. people can still be successful without it. anyway, it is about asking, if you don't ask, you will not get the answer. Then again, even if you ask, you might not get the answer you want.
is it a big handicap to play only with 3 lines? what exactly is the handicap?
