If you could form an Australian national team, do you think that team could beat Turkey?
Firstly, we can't, secondly why Turkey??

1. Sure you can't, but you should be able to.
2. Turkey is the weakest national team.
3. What if we just compare skill numbers. If it seems like NT Australia would have a pretty good chance, it makes it more clear that there should be a NT Australia.

Oh im sure we could but i dont want an Aussie League until we at least have 100 or so teams which are decent so until then unless ppm change thier policy its not going to happen. Already discussed this many times with vlady.

I may be in the minority, but I think there should be national teams for countries that don't have their own leagues. If Australia, Israel and Greece could all field teams that could beat Turkey, isn't that proof enough that they deserve it? Having a national team makes everything more interesting and would make it easier to drum up interest within smaller countries.
Actually, by: 'We can't" I meant that we have no NT so it's all on "IF" and it seems to me pointless to discuss.. just realistic ((=
yes, there is a good chance we could, still as CAV says, till we have sufficient no# of teams nothing gonna happen. I talked to vlady myself, I tried to discover if there would be any options such as NZ & AUS merge for hockey NT or so and he mentioned that there was once idea and there is nothing else till we reach certain no.'s so loud and clear:

We've two Aussie teams top of league III.3 and I'm excited to be there. Been a close season so far.... I've had 6 matches decided by a single goal... 2 of those my only 2 losses.... Enjoying this Other World league

u have promotion in your hands!
I reckon, one of the key aspects is Michal Bulíček as u have the lowest no# of GA (conceived goals) and that is what will be very important when come to playoffs!
Looked at few of your games, playing w/tactics seems to gives u the edge..

Not just him... Terrier Goalies are 1, 2 and 3 in the Goalie rankings ... I've been working on improving the shooting this season, defense seems good.

Strange planning by one of my main competitors in league III.3, Skytturnar - he has just put all his current best crop of players up for sale? I wonder what is strategy is?
got a new squad as the old may be tired (out of juice) and he needs a money to get a new one, I reckon that is the only logical explanation?
For the first time this season Highland Terriers make it top of the III.3.... Hope the guys have enough energy at the play-offs!
