What if you set IE's zoom to 100%? On your screenshot it looks to be 105%.

I stick with it, experience is way too overrated! I can only think of experience being the problem in my team performing so poorly, I added a few young fella's whose experience is ofcourse way lower than other players but their skills are better, but nooo, no better performance, on the contrary, more pucks yes, but nothing more, this is RIDUCULOUS (or the engine is just bugged)

experience goes a long way in ppm and real life. i think part of the problem is that people think a guy with 70 offense is that much better than a guy with 50 at this stage of the game, where in the big picture they're almost exactly the same, in my opinion.

experience is important in my eyes. correct me if i am wrong but with 100 exp. you get a 20% bonus.

experience is important because the more experience you get the more good games you play. Young players have more bad games then older. that is almost always the case. you play more solid when you get older, and that means that a player should play less bad games than a young player

Ok, heres another suggestion, this one probably more useful than my last but i would hope i'm not the only one in this situation.

I don't get back home until about 15 minutes before game time and i leave the house at 6 in the morning, so i don't get any opportunities to log on before games and make line up changes, normally this isn't a problem, i do it the night before but today, i have just logged in, and it tells me in the news "an injury in my team" thats fair enough but it has completely rewritten my line up, surely it is not beyond the wit of man to create a system where it only replaces the injured player??

the fact is, this line up bears no relation to the skills of any player and it is a game that under normal circumstances i would comfortably win, but tonight i recon i will lose.

Yes i know about scratches, but surely this isn't too much to ask???

Yeah, I know, a 6-zip win was unexpected, the team turned to a team noname.
All i am suggesting is an adjustment in the way the automatically selected teams are automatically selected.

Have to agree with this, its just plain ridiculous.

There has to be put in place a cap on how many players one can buy/sell.

The majority of players will not be online nearly as much as the odd one or two who can spend all day in the transfer market making an absolute killing, and as a result, upgrade their stadium and facilities in no time.

Should success be solely down to trading on the market???
I dont think so....

After all, its a management sim, not the stock exchange...
