So ... the World Cup ended for us yesterday. I thought we would play for the relegation to the lower division, but I didn't expect at all that we played for the promotion to the quarterfinals! I succeeded and I think the players of the USA team are better and we will play the quarterfinals next year.
I have a favorite player on the team and that is our goalkeeper Juán Dow. He picked up a win against the Russians and showed excellent performance in other matches as well.
The biggest disappointment was the player Douglas Hawks. He must be a better player for his excellent results in attribute training, but I will think about training so that the player is not on the penalty bench often. I know it's too late but next season I'll write you private messages and tell you how to set up your training properly. If the manager does not meet my expectations, I will have to fire the player.

The new season starts on Monday and I will find out how the players are doing. I will make a table and if I win the election, I will nominate players to the National Team. My plan is to play friendly matches with the youngest team and gain experience. The first change in the team will be soon and I will write it here.

It is generally said that this technique should suffice for 25-30% of the main attribute. But I saw a player at the championship whose owner trains 10% and they weren't bad. They have all the more trained other attributes.

The United States doesn't have any 3,000+ OR players hiding anywhere. The U.S. try creative builds or simply work harder to win on tactics, but at this point, the U.S. will probably always be behind in terms of quantity of talent. At this time only the following 10 teams have the facilities to develop NT talent:

Other teams can sell good prospects to better teams, but such transferred players frequently end up on bad teams.


Another consideration - no technique defensemen can be offset by having a few with higher technique.

The only further thing the United States could do would be to have a team with a lot of money focus on buying up all the best U.S. talent and on developing their experience starting from an early age (this is not really financially feasible for any U.S. team and would require them to forgo being competitive for the purpose of helping the NT). Another idea would be to more heavily push newer teams to focus on developing their stadiums/HR/maintenance and then training/regeneration/sports academy without wasting money on players unless they are good enough to compete in the I.1 playoffs and therefore earn enough extra money to compensate the extra player expendtures (granted that for all of these teams, their enjoyment in building their teams how they want will come before helping a NT that they might not care about).

In my opinion, you can earn a lot on very good juniors. And they can even play in another team. No one spends 50-100 million to just let a player train. The most sensible teams will let quality juniors play right away. Because she wants to raise him well. An adult player with no match experience is useless. In the Czech lower leagues (III. - IV.) There are teams that play with juniors regardless of the results. Slovaks, Hungarians, Frenchmen do the same ... They have the maximum facilities and stadium and educate players for NT. When players are 20 or older, they sell them and buy juniors again. Again and again.

That's where I got that idea from. I've looked into the Czech teams that do this before and have seen the idea discussed in their forums using Google Translate.

That's a good point about the opportunity to profit from such a plan or at least make back the initial expenditure in a few seasons.

We had one team try to do this in the past, but that team couldn't afford to buy prospects from other teams and didn't really have good enough facilities, so the best he could do was to give enough experience to subpar players to make them competitive for the U18.

The only problem is that the United States has so few teams with the facilities to do this that they could all opt to be top U.S. teams instead (though when new teams finally have the facilities to develop good players, they could start playing their future starters as 15 year olds and serve this function until they have a competitive roster).

Some other ideas for developing experience that I've discussed with other managers in the past:

1) Headhog recommended to me in the past that I play my prospects who play in exhibitions on very high to develop their experience a bit more. This requires either propack or else being willing to substantially change your lineup most days.

2) Top teams can play 1 or 2 lines of prospects in less important games that are nearly guaranteed wins against weaker teams.
