Also, i'm proud to announce Ziggy will return with me as the Assistant Manager. Looking forward to another successful season and to continue to build on our success from last year. As always, please update the DB if you have a player you want to be looked at, and feel free to re-update or add throughout the season.

I haven't gone back to verify that I read this correctly, but I believe with separated energy, the NT players no longer lose training camp bonus. But I might have misread that. I'll still try and fit players in around their camps, but that may have been removed with the energy concerns.

If anyone wants to volunteer to test it with me, please let me know.

Looks like the U-18 and U-20 NT managers election process has started. Good luck to everyone who decides to run.

Whomever gets elected, just so you know I got some really good young players.

I'd like to take a shot at running the U-18 team, but I'd also be content to be involved any way I can (scouting, etc.) official or not.

I have moved to try and Manage the under 20. I support Taloncarde to stay as Senior Manager and I also support Reverist for under 18. Good luck to everyone.

Sweet, also for the record, whomever gets elected to U-20/U-18 and their AGM will also have access to the player database. Some of it's features may need to get tweaked, not sure if I can get that done, but it will be a good place to put players since anyone who graduates up a level will already be in it.

From the update, this means we will be losing any players U20 from the senior team. Which isn't a bad thing, IF chemistry can be built at the lower levels, this might help the team building process.

This is what I was thinking, which is why it may be a good idea for all 3 gms to get together on players--or would that start making it too complex?

Well, we are going to have to wait and see how it plays out when the next season starts, but in theory, if we share the same database, I can find a player, put it in the DB, and then when you check the DB for player rankings you can say, oh, wow, THAT guy is good, so it is a no brainer

Now, I don't see anything wrong with the SR/U20/U18 GMs suggesting a player, but I think the general rule (as I like to run the NT vs individual teams) is we can suggest to each other, but it's not a requirement.

But, and I will probably cross post this to a few of the other forums at beginning of next season, this makes it even more important for everyone to post their players to the DB, someone who doesn't post them because they aren't good enough for Sr, might have a vital piece for the U18 crowd.
