Congrats on the stadium. I was an idiot and built SA 14 rather than some sections to mon stadion. BIG TIME MISTAKE.

Man, had three one-star offers and lucked out with a four-star in the end, but still only 12 per week. Sure glad I have some stadium building at last.
Bring up your HR department right now for next contract. I am at level 14 and recieve twice as much. Also your stadium capacity counts for both general and media, so make sure upgrades are built by contract signing time.
Your value is only partially dependent on your HR level. It is my opinion that cash is better spent elsewhere as that one level difference is a long-term impact.
