OK guys I really think you need to have another look at BB players who are on court for extremely high numbers of minutes.
It has been mentioned elsewhere on here that the penalty for playing your starters at or close to 40 minutes often doesn't feel big enough, and doesn't represent the equivalent in real life that the player would barely be walking. But apart from this there is also a really frustrating issue of the way that the All-star team and player prize money are calculated, because it is all done on a 'per game' basis rather than 'per minute'.
To give some concrete examples from UK I.1, 2 of the 5 players in the season-long all-star team have averaged over 35 minutes per game and played pretty much every game; and if you look at the prize money for player stats, for example in one category 4 of the 5 winners have averaged above 36 minutes per game - in one case he averaged 40.2 minutes per game over 44 games, which is crazy!!
So to put if very simply, if you play your players for 40 minutes per game with no subs, you don't suffer a particularly large in-game penalty and you might get rewarded with player fame and prize money at the end of the season. This does not make sense to me at all, especially when so much in this game is carefully balanced and well-judged, and when the game is very realistic in other areas, I think this just spoils it a bit.

+1.
And I think the punishment shouldnt be based on random/luck at all.
Because, yes, most of the time, they play worse towards the end (4th quarter), but sometimes, when it comes to random, they still play like god at the end of the match.
Somebody plays with only 5 player (40 min play)? Its okay, its her/his decision. But! It should be punished in any circumstances, and much more.

I agree with this. And the fact that players who play 40 mins a game are more likely to get prize money as well makes it even more unfair.
the only situation where playing 40 minutes could be possible with only a small penalty is if there are a lot of free throws and time outs.
in real life ive played 40 minute games but im not playing at 100% its impossible to play with 100% intensity and not have a break after 5 minutes - even just for a minute or two

One simple improvement which should be obvious to most basketball enthusiasts is that "slow attacks" would be better called by the real life term, "half court offense"
How about adding to the team stats category. Things like opp FG% would be amazing. Some teams play run and gun every game and others play slow attacks. The slow attacks team obviously let's in less points, doesn't mean they are the better defensive team
it would be nice to see your team jersey in the match engine instead of the red or gold default
Looking back in some of the transfer in Bulgaria and also in the future. Where is the point, teams which managers are destroyed their facilities to buy for 150 mln ... not once, two times to the moment national players? The game master later accept this transfer ... I think some people doesn't think what really they allow ... sorry but ... is that a game or what? 1 level facilities ... 150 mln for players ... very nice ... well done again to the people who are responsible for the game ... well done lads ... Soooooo for me ... should be really good if you guys get decision how a new managers can not buy or sell players, so a managers who are destroyed there facilities to be not possible to sell and buy players ... thank you!
Please, find some solution to prevent this kind of circuses in playoff matches:

It is not fair for one team to play on VH on the way to finals, and on the other hand we have finalist who played all semifinal matches on VL and saved valuable energy because the deal with the other semifinal opponent. They both gained a lot from this deal... and that certainly isn't in the spirit of sportsmanship.
So I'm not asking you to punish them. They have just taken advantage of what they are allowed. I'm asking you to find solution to prevent this in the future.
Thank you in advance.

Is the new engine tweak really working?
"...where they cannot commit any more fouls will have a smaller chance to score from their own shots. This should come into play especially in the 4th quarter when the teams usually reach that point. ..."

I mean, my opponent scored 5/8 last quarter (mostly with 4 fouls). Thats 62,5% ! Thats insane. You did nothing, apparently.

"That's why we have decided to penalize such practices more severely starting NEXT season."
Okay, that part has avoided my attention. But at least we see, why we needed this change so much.

Hey guys, what about reduce a little the random factor in matches results?
I'm tired of loosing matches where I have 75% chance of win or more. Only this season I played 3 times against a team weaker than mine, I had 71% or more chance of win and I lost all these 3 matches... This discourages playing... I'm not the only one unsatisfied with this, I have some brazilians friends who share this opinion.
I can't understand how a better team, with better tactics, at least 71% chance of win and looses 3 streak matches against the same team...

If a player from the lineup is injured, the lineup should proceed as if that player fouled out.
In other words, PPM should not generate a lineup of it's own but rather use defined lineup, promoting 2nd strength player to the starting lineup.
Of course if there are not enough players, PPM will still have to generate a lineup.

I enclose a table of growth in English: prntscr.com/an8ku0 from my article ppm.powerplaymanager.com/...
Wow that chart is amazing, reading with google translate was a little rough but still awesome, thanks
