You can tell whose online by the green dot next to a teams name. If there's a green dot, the owner is online. If not, offline.
Looks like we had a influx of new managers. Hope you guys stick around. Don't get discouraged if your team doesn't do well right off the bat. It takes a bit of time to get your team in playing condition. Welcome and good luck!!!
You're pathetic to come to starter divisions to try and get people to join your credit tournament. Your top 15 teams all have over 200 OR and just about every team has been around since season 1. You have enough good teams why dont you try and get some real competition for the rest?? Why didn't you post this in top division threads? For that matter why didn't you post this in the appropriate thread, which is for tournaments?
His, and his bride of Frankenstein gf's foreheads are WAAAAAAY to large to comprehend what you just said.
Thanks I'm as surprised as anyone. GL to everyone next season(I have a feeling I might be back in III.7 in season 5).
In all honesty start by reading the guide over a few times and then start reading the USA Q&A thread. It is you great source for info.
Personal opinion here is to spend you money on your facilities first, mainly you Training & regen.

you can post on the friendly board or employ may favorite strategy: click on the online number and that will take you to a list of USA managers currently on. Then I open a tab for each manager. And if they are in the same division as me I look at their calendar and any green hockey players are when you both have available slots open. Then click on home and/or away to send invites.
DarkAddiction gives good advice. Another good method to finding friendlies is in the information tab look for teams with similar OR. You can also pick mid standing teams in mid/lower divisions in other countries. Just start spamming out invites. Try to look for teams with lower ratings then you and higher OTR if possible.
Yes, they are valuable. They'll help your guys build chemistry and if you tie/win they'll help you build OTR (overall team rating).
