Wow, I'm trying to look at potential additions to the U19 team next season, in case I get the job... Never realized our III.X leagues were actually full of bot teams... We have such a poor player pool. Most successful teams are filled with international players! Where is the local talent! (I'm probably the most canadian team in I.1, and that's most likely why I'm struggling so much! lol)

I can't compete if I just rely on my SA. But I'll keep more prospects for this purpose, like in soccer.
I feel for you. Only half a dozen teams with facilities good enough to make anywhere near decent contributions.
Where's the "change citizenship" feature? I've only had one decent prospect ever, and he went on the market so canucks357 could develop him for the NT. Still waiting and checking the base of every rainbow.....must be looking at the wrong end!

Ah yeah, I found 5 guys to scout that weren't already on the U19, 2 of which are 17 yos (and one of those I think is the guy you were talking about! haha). So far I've only looked at draft picks, though, so next up is the transfers list to see if our guys are doing better abroad.

I'm already not really competing, so go ahead and feed me the prospects, I'll work on getting that last level of the Training Facility (still have 90 days to wait on the Sports Academy lvl 14). lol!
I debated just buying good youngsters (prio to Canada), developing them until 19, then selling, and repeat. I'd have to leave I.1 then and would rely ENTIRELY on the market for income.
Our U19 team is ranked 12th in the World and is currently 5-0 in World Championship Qualifications. I've scouted every decent young Canadian player since year 1 and track all of them in my "followed players" list. The thing that hurts the most is when one of our great young players go to market and gets picked up by a team with poor facilities. Biggest way we can help our National Teams is buy buying our own good young prospects when they become available
I'll focus on doing this from now on. I'll rely HEAVILY on you to let me know when they're due and what my max bid should be. This will hurt my competitiveness in I.1 but I'm willing to do it.

Thanks for the list. I had found most of these guys when I went looking, but was missing a few somehow.
We have a really good team right now, but the quality (and number) of players seems to dwindle fast. Looking at the 16yo I wasn't able to find a lot of them. I didn't think Campeau would rank that high among the ones I did find, haha!

Evan Patry is on the market and part of our U21 team. The team that folded really hurt his development this past season. He'll be on the team this year and next but likely won't ever crack the Senior Team.
Would be great to see him on a good Cdn team that can help his development. Also a candidate for buy low (under 5M) sell high at end of next season (maybe 10M) before he gets dropped as a 22 year old
