As I remember PRO users have 50 days until deletion for inactivity.
But he already lost his 3 other teams. Only football remains until now.

Sounds more like a management problem then. Why don't you ask people to scout other players for you for NT? Most of countries have a database of scouted players to help the NT manager make his decisions. You should have the time to scout just one employee for yourself from time to time. Also, you don't have a football team but I guess your question is more for handball then.
