Do you guys always take 4* offers?

I do. I don't want to get worse offers for rest of the days and remember I could have accepted better one earlier. 4-5* instant accept. 3* only on last day (last day to choose, not the forced pick)

Its worth it, dont worry.

Like Juhis said, one of the best tactic is:

First day: 4 or 5* accept.
Second day: 4 or 5* accept.
Third day: 3, 4 or 5* accept.

Never go other way. Some people will always brag, that they did refuse first day a 5* offer, and the next day they even get a better 5*. But dont let you influenced by some lucky "bastard".

What's about RFA player salaries? If I get RFA player then it got contract with my system or club from where I got him? Cuz if it from other team then I need to look players the same nationality as that club, or I need to search for players for my home country, to pay 25% less salary.

You need players from same country as you if you want to pay less salary.

i am really confused and i want the truth...
So i read the guide and see that stuff

So this season i get 6.1mln 4 stars offer.

I have got 8400 seats arena
11lvl Department of Human Resources and Economics
90 percent marketing managers
8 place in II.3 league

This season i saw 6.8mln offers 5 Stars.

and now i have 13400 seats arena +5000
12lvl departament
91 persent manager
6 place in II.3 league

To sum up i have 5000 bigger arena 1lvl better departament, better managers and better place but i get only 0.8mln more???????????? and it is 5 stars offer than this season 4 stars?

Now you will say that my arena is building right now... but i star buikd it after i accept offer.

Could you help me understand situaation? Nobody do not understand it is insane and no logic

Stars are still pretty random you know, another 5 star could have given more than the current 5 star you have but you never know.. still very small changes in my opinion.

Does the quality of young players depend also on the fact that how good sports academy levels have other clubs of the league?

No. Only your sports academy has something to do with you youngster. It will also affect OR not quality stars as those are random.

In Poland no one can get from DRAFT 500 OR 15 6/6 or more.

Maximum OR in our Country was 492 from DRAFT A+.

Why other Countries get from draft 530-550 OR ??
