Not really. With the upgrade of HR&E Dep the difference between the seen qualities and the real ones is smaller.

So, when you'll have 15th level and 100% managers, you'll see the real qualities without being necessary to scout the players.

This is why is better not to fire players when you have small level of HR&E Dep without scouting them, because a player you see as very weak, can be a real talent

Oh, so that could be the answer to my problem. Because on the same day when quality of my player had changed, my HR dep has been upgraded to level 3.
But the change in the display of quality does not affect the training improvement, right?

basketball has a shorter season, that' why there are only 2 weeks of scouting. The number of selections depends on your sports academy.

You probably have set that the substition players come in when you lead by 5 for the two positions as that was the case with 44 seconds in the game.

That was not my game, but yeah shold be the right reason!

Okay, so today I set my new player as my backup PG and another player to be 3rd option in that position. However, probably by some kind of mistake, that new player hadn't been saved as backup PG, but the player 3rd option as pg has been saved successfully. Okay, that could have been my mistake, but how in the hell my first option as a PG played 40 minutes without a substitution, when I had a player in that position ??? So what is the purpose of the 3rd option in a position? Because I do not see any reason for it..
Please, explain it to me.

I don't know if I'm just getting the strange luck. But whenever I face someone who plays low/very low I tend to lose, yet when I face a high/very high team I tend to win. And this is taking any early season games as well, cause of energy loss.

Just doesn't make any sense outside of being strange luck.
