My last suggestion would be to have more national teams (i.e. in countries with less managers). What is the main reason for restricting them? I think users from countries with no national team will find it hard to stay interested because there is only so much you can do before things get repetitive.
I fixed it so that it shows Wales for you when you enter the page. Will add the stats later
Wales doesn't have enough active teams for that.
I know it was a joke. But my suggestion was to create more national teams even for smaller nations. I don't see it causing many problems.
I suggest to lower deduction on sponsor for teams in small nations. 20+% is tooo much. 20+% on general sponsor means 20+% on media sponsor, 20+% on vip lounge, 20+% on OTR for win. Im in top of my league for many seasons and cant raise more than 220M, that makes no sense.
In NT players statistic there should be 2 sections for friendly and competitive games, makes a lot of diference.
It would be nice if we could get accept all and reject all buttons for challenges. Sometimes is just annoying to accept it one by one... especially if you got a lot of them.
Could it be implemented that the way the calander is made up each season works randomly? Each season I get the same teams in the same order. It would be nice if the calander is made up randomly for more variety each new season.
With new sponsors its better this way. You play against weak teams from the start and have time to establish position or win some games fom the start.
I'd like this too. Every year I have a tough start to the schedule and easy end. This season I play the top-5 teams in the first 8 or 9 games. This will make it VERY HARD to get my first sponsor payout for league position 
Not everyone's calander is the same and the only thing I notice each season for the last 5 or 6 seasons is that I also always have the same teams coming in the same order, unless there are new teams who promoted ofcourse. Each year I have to face the hardest teams on my league in 2 weeks. A mixup would make it more fun and less predictive.
I sugested this 3-4 seasons ago with no result obviously, but Im good as it is now
