you mean the % you lose (taxes) ?

if not: check the 'your transfers' page

i know what percentage before and what amount of money i had to pay after, but there is no way of finding out how much you paid on transfer fees in total. Right?

I suggest that such statistics should be added

because i would like to know how much profit i make from trading players.

That depends, if you play to quick train players in single attributes and sell them for profit, you'll become disliked pretty fast on the forums. If you plan to train players correctly and sell them (long-term), then the profit is hard to say.

I think it's sad that developers nor gamemasters don't intervene to this single attribute trading (enough). Something should be done, because it's so easy to make profit. I could do easy money, if I want, but for me it's not fun, it's not the spirit of manager game. But with my style I won't never win trophies because all the rich traders takes it.

Well, now that we are in suggestions thread, here's a sugguestion: Devs, do something. Maybe extra fee, if the sold player's ratio is largely "unstable"?

The market dictates the sales. The end. When the market doesn't ask for these players, they will cease to be provided.

Market is a fine part of the game. Managers, who spend more time on the market, should benefit from their actions- that's one of the things determining the best manager. How else is a manager without good YA pulls going to make a good team?

I see you have been here from the very beginning of hockey, so you don't have the problem which a lot of new managers have- they want to be successful and get to the higher league, but they simply can't do it, because their YA's are low, their training grounds are low, and they make a lot less money than teams in division I. The only way for a new team to make it is to go crazy on the market.

They're talking about the purchasing of very bad 1-attribute players for large sums of money which isn't helping these new teams.

The market does. However new people to the game don't know that single atty junk players do not help their team, so idiots to train these players are essentially damaging the game itself.

Why?

because these new managers who spend their money on these single atty players then end up losing games because they have a crap team. They lose faith, and stop playing.

This same thing has been happening at HockeyArena and it damaged the game... HA has done well to put the brakes on this type of trading, but i can already see it happening at PPM.

A few weeks ago someone complained that they lost all the time even though they had great players. I looked at their team and what they had was 70% single atty players they had bought off the market because they thought they were good. That manager left the game, even though i tried my best to encourage them to stay.

So... while the market does dictate sales, what it does not do is protect new players from the greedy self-centered managers who train these single atty junk.

Going crazy on the market is fine. But single atty players don't help team strength. We've seen enough evidence of this over the last 2 seasons. You could have a team of single atty players and your OTS ratings (those pesky little stars) will be low, even if the players "look" good.

Managers who train these types are potentially damaging the PPM game itself, and all for what? Greed?

makes me wonder what the ratio of people who go into a game but don't research the intricacies is to the percentage chance that those users were going to spend money on the game. that's really my point.
