lol, not really. i played with crap goalie for almost the entire season. Last pull i got a goalie, finally. and he wasn't top, but much better than the crap ones i had.
Buying one is expensive, but the more it takes, more people will have their own "top" goalie and they will become cheaper.
But because of the "lack" of competition you could afford to wait 2 more pulls to get a great one before going to market.

I'm actually happy with my goalies. My team overall is pretty good. I just keep failing miserably when I play the other top teams. Tactics are killing me. Hence the drama=)

I moved Rivers into the Pivot spot and let him attack. Instead it was the new guy dominating from Rivers old Left Back spot. I'm not sure why that happened, but I'll take the big three points today

Oh, he's definitely a crappy player. I was trying to avoid the market myself. I only bought him because I lost Singletary for so long.
Saying that, I am sufficiently impressed with his performance (loved the 8 assists, 2 steals and 4 blocked shots). I could definitely see myself adding another similar player. Especially if the sports academy continues to be so blah.

i think it is a lot of money to spend now, but the way market is, it is a "bargain". I think it is worth the risk to spend the money if they help you to promote.
you killed me not sure what went so bad there. Worst loss in league play, only the 3rd by more than 10.
As for Lee he is in the lineup and will be the rest of the season. Now that I have clinched a playoff berth I am trying to hang on to the top seed.

I love how tight it is. There's nothing better than a good battle for first. It would be very cool if the title came down to the last game of the season between the EIC and Kalamazoo. Win or lose, that would be an awesome way to end the season.
