Not really. The play off spots are pretty much locked up.
Microwave still have a decent shot at making the playoffs.
Asides beating Cajuns, I just need two wins to secure the title.

I meant that very close standings (particularly between the playoff teams) is what we've had all year in division II.1
We have a mere 11 points separating 1st place from 8th place right now. No playoff team in our division has more than a 2 point lead over the team immediately behind/below them in the standings. That's insane. And it's been like that all season long in our division.
just check out the league development graphs for the top 4 divisions:
I.1 - handball.powerplaymanager...
II.1 - handball.powerplaymanager...
II.2 - handball.powerplaymanager...
II.3 - handball.powerplaymanager...
No other division in the USA is as competitive as II.1 has been this season...

Apologies.
Here's images of the graphs of the top 12 teams in each division for those interested among the pro-pack challenged.
I.1 - oi60.tinypic.com/j0jfom.j...
II.1 - oi62.tinypic.com/33ktz81....
II.2 - oi58.tinypic.com/27xgcph....
II.3 - oi61.tinypic.com/x2jx4h.j...
Notice the straight lines in most of the divisions? Those signify a team not moving in the rankings for a period of time.
II.1 has more lead changes (16) than all the other divisions COMBINED, and is the only division where rankings (even for the playoff teams) change on pretty much a daily basis. I think today's game was actually the first time in a while where there wasn't a change in the standings for the top 8 teams.

consider it payback for this match when you scored 4 unanswered to seal the win:

Yeah but there are barely any managers in II.2 or II.3
. But youre right, our league is the most competetive out of II's

Not sure what you mean...
While each of those divisions have a couple of dead teams (as we do), the rest of the managers in II.2 and II.3 are actually really pretty active. All of them have at least 150 logins, and most have mid-high 200s.
I don't know if the quality of teams is comparable to II.1, but there's definitely managers controlling them.

I'd wish you luck, but I don't really think you need it. I'm actually to the point of rooting for a "great rebalancing" of sorts when it comes to SA pulls. You and WasUpNerd can wait a season before getting any more superstars lol.
It actually kind of happened to Bulls4ever. He got most of his best players more than a season ago, as the powers-that-be decided he had gotten enough luck for the time being lol.

have you thought that perhaps some of you guys are just luck and unluck at times and that is why positions are changed all of the time.
Not stating it, just saying that analyzing a graph is not "that simple"
My view is that division 1, asides of one that quit, have managers with comparable strength.
division 2.1 has 2 dead and some low strength teams as chetah, resovia, and seatle.
did not check but i bet most managers played on low/very low against them. Perhaps the league changes were just a matter of goals differential: how many goals can one score against them.
and them there are the matches among those 9 top managers. a win/loss changes everything in the table
other d2 leagues dont have 9 quality teams to play among each other.
It is hard to explain the D1 as they are very similar in strength. the logic would tell there would be tons of position changes ...
