it looks like i am going to finish the second season without a goalie ...
I was lucky that the goalie that I started out with had great qualities and good OR, but I haven't pulled a decent goalie from my sports academy yet (other than the guy with a quality of about 30 for goaltending). The only major purchase that I've made was my younger goalie, and he seems like a good acquisition so far.
I was lucky enough to pull 2 great goalies, and looks like I have the best duo in the league.
the one i bought was unscouted 98/99 in all 3 major but ended up being onlyas good as miojo's top goalie (not too great goalie quality) AND still have to train at the correct ratio. He will be good but only starting next season.
Barely squeezed out a win over Hanover. Would've been my 3rd league loss in a row, but I held on to break the losing streak.
