I have two 15 year olds who are ~650 OR and up. Add them. Three more at ~600. They'll be solid by middle of next season for the U17 team for sure.

I do have 1 player at almost 650 and another one at ~600. Looks like we have a squad for the next 2-3 seasons

I have added players today up to 29 and will add a full 35 by next week. This is the toughest group ive had to select since i took the helm. Again thanks to the dozen or so gms with facilities that have made this possible and its good to see a few more teams almost at the point off adding to this number. If you have a 16 year old that is not selected but has a good avq and overall ill send a message to you by the time i fill the team just in case you look to clear roster space.

I'm slowly going broke developing these guys given my roster size.

I pulled Tod Desrochers and Gord Scrogie out of the past draft. Both are over 400 OR @ 15-years-old with ~75 AvQ and training well over 1 point per day at 90Q even on my mostly primitive training facilities, which would translate to ORs in the range of ~550 by year's end, not including training camp boosts. Desrochers will train well as either a striker or wide forward, while Scrogie is a potentially decent wide defender, though a low 58Q on technique might hurt his training as far as the NTs go.

I could be persuaded to sell both in hopes of getting them on teams with better facilities (and potentially to a mid-season training camp) if they are guaranteed an NT roster spot, but I have dropped a couple pretty good players to make room for them on my roster, so...

I have Scrooge Mc Duck scouted but not Desrochers yet. I’ll give you a better answer on this in a week when I have all of the drafted players scouted up. Our top 15 yr olds pulled were around 520s, Oap had one and I got a good opening pull. Don’t worry about low tech in soccer since soccer has caps on attributes. Scrogie is a in the wing too so tech not a major attribute must when 15-17.

You should see my profit/loss for each season over the last few seasons - not pretty. I'm shedding 9 digits a year... and it is a healthy 9, not an anorexic 9 digits.

Does that include decimal points?

I've yet to see fractional dollars in PPM... but I wish it included two decimal places. Sadly not. To sustain longevity of the club, I'll need to cut, considerably, my youth roster or sell my high-salary guys and become less competitive.

Dude that’s such a tough call. I’m not losing tons like u but I’m not making any substantial gains in profit and I only hold 31-40 players. No where near the amount of players u have.

I'll likely start losing RFAs and UFAs as a result - effectively demolishing the core I built to take over in the next couple years. Guess I better sell much of my starting 11.
