or they have the adjust the way we can make a line up. it is cool that we can make more than a thousand different line-ups, but maybe is it better to give us just the chance to choose a line up or 10, and then we can give specific instructions to positions

hold your horses there regulus, you would have gotten your answer during the day, no need to push...

all these things are not true. However, I do agree there is still work to be done on the engine. The problem is that you make conclusions on a few matches whereas we have a simulator where we can simulate thousands of matches within seconds and see where the tuneup should be done.

That's true, but we managers need a bit less than thousand games to see if the tactic is working (or not working). I hope the upcoming live reporting will give us some hints about the tactical aspect.

Influence of tactics must be seen somehow somewhere. Now the tactics are almost an abstract element IMO. We can't manage our clubs if there's no way to see how the tactic worked against your opponent.

Btw what's the reason we start our careers with junior players (age 15-17)? Why not give us some mediocre 22-26 year-old guys? Now some people gets a great juniors (far better than original players) from youth academy and they are right away at the top. And for what? Because of good luck. Same was with employees. Even though they aren't much of benefit in the beginning, some might pay a great deal for a coach for example. Why not give us some decent workers already in the start? I might be missing some point that developers have thought and that's why I'm asking - just to get clear with this.

With ice hockey it was almost purely luck how good you started. Now the big ones are gaining more overall than anyone else for example with international games and sponsorship offers for them are ridicilously high. Maybe it will even out in the end, but not in few next seasons.

Someone might not think it this way but this is how I feel.
