I do have a more traditional n00b question: the guide is a bit unclear about Training Camp. I can have two per season: does this mean that I can send the same players twice, or must they be different sets of players?

as long as you aren't running them simultaneously you can send the same players both times..

I don't know if an admin can move them, but the old copy and paste should do the trick

Everyone is always talking about scouted attriubutes. How do i see these the only time i saw something was when i submitted players to the NT database how do i see these real attriubutes?

First, the attributes are accurate, it's the attribute qualities that are not accurate unless you scout a player.

The way you scout a player is by bringing up their player page (where you see all their attributes, salary, contract, etc.), and on the right hand side there should be a link to "Add to Scouting".

Depending on how good your HR department/Managers are, your player will be scouted over the course of X days (X is determined by the HR/Manager levels). Then you can see their actual qualities, which means how fast they'll train in each attribute.

What is the best way to manage players with low CL? To rid of them or keep them. I am in a low league and not sure what to do with these players.

Hmmm what do you call low CL? 1/6? 2/6?

If they are high quality and have good AI.. maybe think of selling them. Or, play them til they are old. LOL

It all depends on their Qs and your facilities. If their Qs are high and your facilities are high that they train relatively well keep them. If their Qs are low you may as well dump them especially if your facilities are low.

whats the general feeling about seating
I have mostly medium and large stand ups. I built a small with seats and i like how you can have two food and press box's

I would build anything but small with seats. It's the worst option you have.

The maintenance costs are simply too high. For extra 50 seats comparing to a large stand-up, you will pay 10k instead of 3.4k daily. And it will cost you 5M to build. How many seasons till this investment pays off?

Cost:Benefit. Small seats costs how much? And all you get back is 50 more fans per section compared to large standup.

I would go small standup (max capacity) to large standup (max capacity) to large with seats but that is just me.
