In the second equation, any possible number can be substituted for the ?, since any number multiplied by 0 is zero.
Therefore 0/0 can, theoretically, be a 1.000 SV%

it's bad idea...when he faces zero shot, 0/0 will be always 0%
If you faced zero shots... did you stop all of them? Or none of them? Argument can be made both ways. Hence why mathematically it is undefined.
Mathematically it is undefined yes. But the goalie should not be changed anyway because the save percentage is not applicable at that point. We should see if he catches anything on next period 
Yep, team that don't receive any shot at goal should be rewarded with 100% not punished with 0%.
guys, it is a known issue and has been discussed here before. It's not really a bug and it only happens in very rare cases. The likelihood that it will influence the final result is close to 0. We may fix it some day, but it's just not our top priority right now.
They'd have to either re-write the goalie change logic, the statistics logic, or both. Assuming something is a "2 second fix" is not taking into reality the complexities of coding. Nothing is a 2 second fix, even if it is a 2 line change, it has to undergo QA, verify no unexpected impact to other lines of code, etc.
Again, in the scheme of things, this is nothing, meaningless issue. if you are allow 0 shots in a game, maybe you should take out save percentage from your goalie logic. that's just a 2 second fix isn't it?

Except we can only change our goalie change logic after the game, which will probably result in more problems than less.
given you cant divide by zero as far as i can see there is some point in the code that is something below otherwise it would error.

sv%=0.

A simple fix yes, but you have to remember that programming code isn't often as easy as just making a change.
Yes. If it is php it is always painful to do changes in project.
I dont see prize money for players statistic. Goal-scorers are known, but without stats and money prize. Leading scorers, goalie, defender are empty.
