Good luck to everyone the rest of the season.

Finally reached Beginner status. Revamped the roster, built up the Arena a bit more, hoping to add staff and make this a competitive team, at least for next year!

Got to admit I never got the newspaper that had Calvin and Hobbes here. Sounds like a comic I'd like, but not too much I can do now.

I'd suggest you spend half an hour in a Barnes and Noble with a cup of coffee and any of the Calvin and Hobbes anthologies. Good times.

A big win today moves the Snakes out of the Relegation sweepstakes. Probably too late to make a run but I can certainly use some cash, er I mean more fans!

I was actually at a Borders yesterday looking for a book, which I did not find. Honestly to God there were 20-30 people in rows just sitting with coffee reading books they most likely weren't buying. I seen the comic archive books, but my hands were too full and I was too busy to stop and read. Maybe next time.

Apparently I played a football game on ice today as I beat the Annapolis Marines 10-3. Now only 2 points behind Thee Kings1 for 7th.

Three-game winning streak is a nice way to turn things around. I'd like to keep putting space between us and the relegation line and face another nonamer on Friday. Filling up staff, building facilities, I'm tempted to land some better players on the market...

A good tie today, next up is the best team in the league. Relegation still way too close.

Nice win today...my goaltending has been pretty terrible lately, but your guys definitely pulled together to steal a tough one.

Didn't mean any disrespect playing you on low, either...I've been doing that in pretty much every game this season. I figure with so many dead teams and new teams that I have a big OR advantage on, I might as well save up the season energy for the playoffs.

In any case, good to see some more activity in this league. Maybe I'll keep an eye on this forum now. Best of luck down the stretch!

Course we don't take any disrespect at all. When you have as big of an advantage as you do, you might as well try and cram it down our throats for the playoffs. That's the main reason why I am praying that I am not the 8th seed if I make the playoffs.

No disrespect taken - I've used the same technique in HA. Certainly though, we can't make the league that easy for you, where you can play on Low all season

I'll try to stay active on the Forum too. I'll actually be away starting next week but I'll be around I reckon.

Now in 6th place after a 6-3 win over the BiPolarbears. Did not expect to be this high in the standings of my first season, but definitely not too hard to take.

Well willmott, one team from Massachusetts will definitely get into the league finals. Time to see if the Miracle on Ice 2 and 3 can happen for me to sneak into the final.
