A definitive sell. You simply don't have the facilities to develop this guy properly. More you wait, more you hurt his value.

Scout him, wait 2 weeks max for your % to go down and put him on the market. Then relax, take a bear, and enjoy the show !

Definite sell. I have never gotten a player that good, but your level 11 TF will keep him behind in terms of reaching his potential and will never do as much for you as the money you'd get for him. Sorry. Especially as a goalie, you'd have to train him even more since he came as a D.

While they are right that your facilities aren't the greatest, if you want to keep him go ahead.
He'll still be your best goalie. Him coming as a 5/6 will hurt his sale value.

Do whatever you think is best. I probably would have been advised to sell Rowan Craig, but I didn't and he's a star for me (would've been even better if I sold to a top team).

The 50-80 million can help increase your arena which will really help with income (games and TV sponsorship).

Eventually you'll catch up in your arena/facilities, and truth be told, 50-80 million isn't that much.

Ok, now you have something in hands. 99 across the board as a goalie. Even at 5/6, this guy is gold.

Boba, seriously, do you really want to develop this guy ? It's the chance of a lifetime. Sell him ! There is tons of team out there waiting to spend big bucks for such a prospect.

Think carefully. How long will it takes for him to play let say on your 4th line ? If nothing change in your team, he won't reach 600 OR before two seasons. But players on your 4th line in 2 season will all be abobe 800 OR ! He'll have to develop 2 more years before being useful. And then you have in hand a 19yo, 4/6, 800 OR with good talents.... no one will care !

Sell him. Your facilites are not ready for such a talented young player.

I may take a crack at him. Age impacts training more than C/L which means 5/6 is good for buyers but not sellers. At the very least I'll keep tabs and if he turns into a super gem I'll make a few more bids.

With 99s across the board I kind of want to buy him.

If you want to keep him, but are sort of on the fence, then put some absurd price on him and put him for sale. If no one bites, you get to keep him, if someone does, then you make a ridiculous amount of money.

I still say sell him. He won't make it to any profitable OR/age down the line training at lvl 11 TF.

I'd probably sell the guy too, just because he's 5/6, but if he has his heart set on keeping him, no big deal, just hire a couple high end coaches and get that next level of TF started.

I would sell. you could make great improvements to your arena and facilities. This will help more in the long run. if you get 50 mil for him, you can buy a player that is already older and as good as your prospect will get for a 1/0th of the price... and have him now. If he goes to a top team with great facilities, he should be able to make national teams, and then it exciting to see how he does because you pulled him rather then in 6 seasons he is barely in your line up... just my 2 cents worth though.

Well, it looks like he'll train around 1.2 a day, and I'm starting TF 12 this week.

I'd want around 80 mil for him if I sold him, but I don't know if he'd go for that much cause of the 5/6. Plus my market fee isn't dropping any time soon, so there goes a quarter of the money.

Stephan Sainte-Rose just went for 77 mil, with 50 less overall, but a 6/6 (his q's were around the same as my player). With mine being a 5/6 I see him going for a fair amount less.

I would likely bid 60M opening bid. I wouldn't be worried about him going for under 80.

Hmmm. If I were to sell him then, should I just list him at 60 mil and have the sale end on Thursday around 1 pm?
