I have no luck at all this hole season. If this is just luck then why are we upgrading SA? I am doing it not just for myself but to get some good prospect for our NT, without luck anyway.

slavko, I'm testing a theory that having similiar attys in youth/player training gives you better pulls. I had about 5 crap pulls in a row all on SA level 9 and up, with SD's like yours.

I switched to 2 SD's that are 25/20ish and 21/21 for Youth/Player, and my last 2 pulls have been good. This one was probably my best or second best.

So there's evidence to support my theory, but also evidence against. I'm going to do a few more pulls with my current SD setup, and if I get 2-3 more decent pulls, I'm going to say this theory is correct.

Otherwise, I'll go along with the "luck" camp.

If I could convince more people to try testing out this theory, I'd have a bigger data pool to draw from, but I can understand it if people don't want to "waste" their pulls on a theory.

I'm quite happy thus far.

How about if you have one SD 41/16 and other 17/42?

Sounds good. I actually went out and bought a couple guys to test my theory. Shockingly enough SD's that aren't horrible skewed are fairly reasonably priced on the market.

SA 9:
SD H: 28/15, A: 23/20 (28/15 was 28/8)

4 pulls, 1 was 160ish OR with 1-1,5 stars potential, he got rejected.

The first player is 3rd in my top5 list for average qualities. That would put his AQ between 70 and 75%.

Not bad.. Not jaw droppingly amazing, but not bad. I notice you're training the 28/15 guy... Thanks for helping me test my theory.

Yes, he's going straight for 28/28, the other guy will go for 23/23.

I'll keep you posted on my pulls, SA upgrade won't happen for a while yet.

Here are my prospects from 2 weeks ago, all scouted, attributes as they were at time of pull. SDs were 28/14 and 23/18 at the time.

I got one guy with OR 114 from my Level 10 SA. I just shook my head.

cool - I just pulled a 306OR goalie - 6/6....now, just need to get him experience....

SwimmingMatters, could I ask you what Sa level/Sports Directors attributes you have?

Goalie = Best Type of Pull. Especially if they have solid Qs. Then you're set
