Not well tbh

Hello mate Were in the same league. Why do you think you aren't doing as well as you'd hoped?
although my team is winning more games this year i feel like i am falling behind other teams investment in facilities and arena :/

Arena can wait - maybe get all large standing, but dont bother going further than that for now.

Facilities are key. Sports Academy most important at first, then Training, regeneration and HR. Those take over from SA later on.

I feel foolish for spending any money on the arena at all to be honest. XD It isn't paying its way. Falling far behind in facilities but I feel so many clubs are leaving that it I'm moving up the table anyway.

I've put efforts to build inter-changeable, self-sufficient rosters.. Something like AK-47 assault rifle to say poetically So there's not much of chances to distinguish personally..
Some youngsters are warming my heart with their training progress though..

i dont really know much about ice hockey as a sport (tactics and how they work for example) but i really enjoyed it the few times ive seen it in real life. ive also enjoyed managing my team so far here and building it up slowly. watching your players train up is also a lot of fun, so i know what you mean about your academy graduates.

interesting one of you says not to bother with your arena above a certain point. ive invested in one or two larger arena expansions because i felt that each extra expansion of training/HR/regeneration was delivering less extra each time but for a massive cost.
However, i must admit my financials are better now and ive been pleasantly surprised by the values some of my players have reached on the transfer market which helps boost savings for upgrades.
however, when i look at what some of the other teams have (facilities, players, arenas) and the money that they roll in and out.. i mean wow.

im thinking i should manage a sell off of my slightly older players and use the money to expand my facilities and hope that i dont lose too much competitiveness. Its taken 2 or 3 seasons i think to finally come top half.

so have any of you guys been pleased with any purchases of players lately? id love to see them (or post a link and ill scout them )

about the arena point above, im aware that these expansions suffer from diminishing returns too, but i was starting from such a low base compared to my facilities which i built first, i wanted to take that step up to something fairly big for my league (and hopefully not too small for a higher division one day!!)

When your older ones will be on the market spot would be good to notice that..
What 'bout arena.. I'm believer that ticket money can improve earnings and media money givers as well. It's especially important in UK leagues because due to less amount of active teams here we're recieve less valuable General sponsor offers - that's fact..
What of player values - inflation is the keyword There's considerable number of teams that had built most needed facilities up to maximum posible and stream of money flowing into market became wider and deeper..

Yes i have been pleasantly surprised about increased sponsorship as i increased my arena size (and i think my team rating) which now makes it realistic to improve my facilities again!

i can only imagine the money that some of the bigger teams have once they expanded their facilities to the maximum! It will be interesting to see when there are a lot of teams at the maximum who manages them better (becuase then they wont have an advantage there, it will just be down to roster building / training / tactics etc)
but we are probably far from that.

I had a football team once a while ago, but i accidentally forgot to log in to it and got caught out :<. the team went bot. fortunately my ice hockey team didnt! i did think about starting a football team again, but im not sure i have the time to manage another team as well as all my other interests! Plus i will be REALLY far behind!! Hm maybe i will... do you have a footy team?

im looking at what some of the players are going for now... wow lots of millions

for example 18 year old 5/6 CL universal sided centre about 680 OVR with solid qualities - 13.4million.

Saw a GK go for £19m earlier that is a bit worse than my starting GK. Could i do with that kinda money!!

Maxios you are growing your facilities nicely and wow what a lot of players you have!!

Team rebuild in progress.. Usually there's 40-42.. for two rosters..

how much of an impact do you think team chemistry has? have you noticed a big effect when you replace your players? i hardly replace anyone over time so i don't know

Old custom to think that:
“100 points of chemistry give +20% to the attributes and each 100 points of experience give additional +20% to the attributes.”
Lot of things have changed since this was stated - but still nothing shows it wrong either..
