My best so far is a 2.60, I'd say your numbers are looking good.
Just hit 2.60 again myself. Vincent Sharrard and his 95Q OFF atty with the top training 4 days straight.
Wow! Quite the influence of staff. 0.4/day (2.8/week)_difference of training when in camp. What is that guys Q that hit 3.00?
1st day of camp had a 15yr 5/6cl 92Q train at 1.08! lol. no real staff or facilities yet.
That's pretty sweet!! Not bad for lvl 8 TF and SA 
Irving Vernon , he is 6/6 97Q on shooting, he is center mid with excellent q's. Not a U but he can shoot!!!
Nice! My CMs get lower ratings than most because I train them on shot a fair bit. My team generally scores by committee rather than leaving it all to the CFs
1.73 is currently my best. Still a long way to go to catch up!
Camp is over for me since yesterday and I see a interesting improvement. Globally, my guys won 1 point in match report... Looking forward next season for OTS update!
I noticed my team IGRs stay constant all year. Energy dropped some 20 points but that was compensated by the training. I suspect we'll all like what we see. Until we see how good everyone else is...
New record. 16yr 5/6 CL 94 quality just got 1.16 yesterday. guessing a lot of you have that as a regular daily training, but for my team, it's amazing.
Some teams have saved more energy than others...
