Agreed. No problem from me. I just bring in a loud voice for the Asian region. Obviously the focus for PM is on Europe and rightly so. No sour grapes if the hockey situation cant be fixed, I would hope that handball follows the same direction as soccer.

sorry for my bad english but I'm the french GM before 2 seasons and I'll hope rest 1 or 2 yet and I think separate NT energy and Team energy is a bad thing.

I propose another solution :

conserve energy of clubs but creating a partial recovery system based on the regeneration facility, energy after PO of players and rest days between the days off between PO and the beginning of WC

what do you thinks of that ?

another idea : create NT for asia or south america or other with players who are no NT

Wouldnt want the injuries gained through the normal season to impact the WC would we?

Seperate energy, it's not about making things easier. It's about making things more fair to NT-players' owners. It's not right that NT coach comes to you and says "hey, don't play your player tomorrow in your PO game, or I will kick him out of NT" or "hey, don't use high importance in your league final, because I need to save energy for NT games".

Seperate energy must be. Yes, it's less work, but so what...it's same for everyone. At least now we get best players available and truly best wins, not the best energy saver. And the most important thing, it doesn't spoil anyone's game.

If you want your player on the NT, then listen to the coach. If you want to win your league, then do what is necessary. It's a step backward to take a fairly big choice like this away from the game.

We had to do something about this. It wasn't working the way it was supposed to. NT manager in real life has absolutely no say on what the club is doing with their players. But it wasn't so here. League playoffs were being compromised due to this. It wasn't good for the game.

We are still thinking of adding some new challenges for the NT managers to make energy management more demanding. We didn't do it to make it less challenging, but to avoid some awkward situations. Feel free to suggest something that would make the run-up to the worlds more interesting.

Make the WC at the start of the season, not the end.

that doesnt solve the problem unless energy is separate either. Its just the other way around - teams will be complaining that their best players no longer have energy.

I just still dont see the problem with the NTs having to deal with energy drop over the season. Teams make a choice and NT managers who plays in WC.
