Wellington County in the group of 32 gets a lucky draw... could this be the year we make the sweet 16?
Sweet 16 here we go, as Wellington County FC down the Melchester Rovers 4-1![soccer_employee=id]
Well, OAP down BVAFC to advance to the final 16. No upsets in the top 8 meaning NKDJ, Kenora, Brutal Deluxe, Loser Patrol, cKs, HL, Muffins and Rabbits will have home pitch next round and I hope to make their next Friday a night to forget! Muahahaha.
CHC fail once more to make the sweet 16, downed 2-1 by NKDJ. It was a battle. Good luck to those that remain.
NKDJ, Kenora, Brutal Deluxe and cKs will host one of Muffin Fighters, Ragateene, Shinodas and OAP in the quarter finals of this years NC.
and that will be OAP again. Hoping result will be the same as last season... Good luck.
I need a win bad my friend. Final-4 gives me a great shot at a CWC birth which is this season's goal. I *MUST* win. If I don't it'll take me 2-3 seasons to make up that financial ground. Biggest game of OAP's recent franchise history. Here's hoping I can slip the ref's some cash for a little favuoritism. Though the good old PQ is none too kind to visiting teams from my experience of playing against Trois Rivieres, Concordia and McGill.
lol. Anyway, same here, it's my only hope to qualify for CWC after I failed 3 times last season, so this is gonna be a big game!
And here I thought you were going to push for the ChL - something you have a legit shot at getting into. Either way good luck!
there are only 3 spots available, and with CK, Kenora, HL, NKJD, and others, it's very unlikely...
Considering one will likely win the ChL I'd argue. I need a top-3 finish seeing as my OTR is crap from 2 bad I.1 seasons.
As did I. I needed that one. This will make it 4 years in a row (or more, I don't remember) without any international bonus and I'm already hurting financially. Not good. Not. Good.
Looks like I secured a spot in CWC next season. Funny that seeds #1 and #2 are both out, I'll play the final at home
